Our solutions focus specifically on mid-market and enterprise businesses. Our standalone AI Course Generator allows users to dynamically transform ideas or raw documents into full courses using simple prompts across 28+ languages (including a comprehensive suite of Asian languages). The engine automatically generates multi-format text, interactive quizzes, and AI videos featuring human-like avatars. Because our platform is completely technology-agnostic, it does not replace core enterprise systems like Workday or SAP SuccessFactors; instead, it seamlessly integrates via SCORM/LTI to instantly turbo-charge them.

Purpose of the Function

We are seeking a highly proactive, results-driven Demo & Engagement Specialist on a fractional or part-time basis to support our regional growth under the direct supervision of the Director of Asia Pacific.

Unlike a standard presenter role, you will take full responsibility and ownership over the complete prospect management lifecycle surrounding product demonstrations. You will lead end-to-end engagement with mid-market and enterprise targets, building relationship momentum before the demo, executing tailored presentations during the session, and driving active follow-ups after the meeting to convert interest into successful client partnerships.

Role Specifications

  • Employment Type: Fractional / Part-Time / Independent Contractor.

  • Time Commitment: 8–12 hours monthly (highly flexible, scaling alongside our incoming demo pipeline).

  • Location: Remote, based in Singapore, Malaysia, or Southeast Asia (must align with SEA time zones).

  • Team: Works alongside the APAC Director and collaborates with Product Consultants, Sales Managers, and Development as part of an international team.

  • Compliance: Candidates must hold the necessary legal papers and work authorization to contract independently within their country of residence.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Pre-Demo Prospect Management

  • Proactively communicate with confirmed prospects before scheduled meetings to map out their core L&D objectives and operational bottlenecks.

  • Invite prospects to share sample PDFs, PowerPoint presentations, manuals or compliance checklists ahead of time so they can be processed through our AI platform.

  • Ensure all key cross-functional client stakeholders are engaged, aligned, and ready for the session.

2. High-Impact Product Demonstrations

  • Coordinate and deliver persuasive product walkthroughs, and platform demos tailored to enterprise needs.

  • Masterfully demonstrate our AI Course Generator capabilities, emphasizing rapid prompt-to-course creation, automated quizzes, and multilingual video avatar generation.

  • Articulate how our tech-agnostic platform easily plugs into existing enterprise ecosystems like Workday or SAP SuccessFactors to provide quick wins.

  • Address technical or compliance queries confidently, assuring prospects of our alignment with security standards like PDPA and GDPR.

3. Post-Demo Nurturing & Pipeline Ownership

  • Take complete ownership of the post-demo follow-up process to maintain momentum and ensure no enterprise lead goes cold.

  • Deliver personalized proof-of-concept course links built from the client’s own material to solidify their engagement.

  • Keeping CRM database up-to-date.

  • Act as a collaborative linking pin alongside the APAC Director to realize sales targets and guide prospects smoothly toward pilot phases or purchasing decisions. 

Knowledge, Skills, and Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 6 years of successful commercial experience in product consulting or SaaS software demonstrations.

  • Domain Acumen: Prior experience in HR Tech, enterprise onboarding frameworks, instructional design, or LMS applications is highly desirable.

  • Language Skills: Native or exceptional professional command of English in speech and writing. Fluency in a regional APAC language such as Mandarin, Malay, or Bahasa Indonesia is a major advantage.

  • Technical Comfort: Naturally tech-savvy and comfortable navigating cloud architecture, AI prompting, and remote collaboration interfaces.
