Personal data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Scope of this Privacy Statement

This Privacy Statement applies exclusively to the processing of personal data in connection with the use of our website https://www.fellowdigitals.com and our marketing and communication activities.

The processing of personal data through the products and platforms of Fellow Digitals is part of our services to customers. For these processing activities, we enter into a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with our customers. In addition, a separate Platform Privacy page is available on our website, providing further information about the privacy arrangements applicable to our platforms.

This Privacy Statement does not apply to the processing of personal data through or by our products and platforms, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

3. Personal data we process

We may process the following categories of personal data:

  • first and last name;

  • company name;

  • contact details (email address and telephone number);

  • IP address;

  • information about your use of our website (such as downloads or demo requests);

  • browser and device information;

  • personal data you actively provide to us, for example via forms, email or telephone.

We do not process special categories of personal data as defined in Article 9 of the GDPR, unless legally permitted to do so.

  • LinkedIn – professional communication and networking.

Where required, data processing agreements are concluded with these service providers.

  • security and fraud prevention.

  • The use of these AI-supported functionalities does not involve profiling or automated decision-making within the meaning of Article 22 of the GDPR

No personal data is processed in this context. In the theoretical event that personal data would be processed, this would take place only within the agreed purposes and with appropriate contractual safeguards, in accordance with the GDPR.

Fellow Digitals also attaches great importance to the responsible and careful use of AI. Our employees are actively supported in their AI literacy, enabling them to use AI systems in a conscious, critical and appropriate manner. This contributes to transparency, risk management and compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including the EU AI Act.

11. Your rights

You have the right to:
